Logistics

Hotel

All rooms that had been put on hold at the Hotel Angeleno for the nights of February 18-20 are now full.

Conference attendees are now encouraged to make reservations at the Luxe Hotel, which is located next to Hotel Angeleno. Attendees who choose to stay at the Luxe Hotel can still take the shuttle to and from the conference.

Rates at the Luxe Hotel have been lowered to $159.00 for conference attendees.

To make a reservation at the adjusted rate:

Valet parking at the Luxe Hotel costs $24.00/night. Free parking is not available.

Parking

Those who commute to the conference should park in Parking Lot SV (Sunset Village). Spaces will be reserved and daily permits will be made available at the parking kiosk located in Parking Lot 4. Parking is $10.00 per day.

Shuttle Service

The conference hotel is about 2 miles (3 km) from Covel Commons. Since there is no direct walking route between the hotel and the conference site, a shuttle will transport attendees at scheduled times.
