WE ARE ONE is an international film festival that will stream exclusively on YouTube for free. It features over 100 film co-curated by 21 of the most renowned festivals, including Cannes, Berlin, Venice, Sundance, Toronto, and Tribeca. The 10-day fest has kicked off on May 29.
Bloodless (동두천) is a 12-minute Korean VR film by Gina Kim that deals with camp town sex workers for the US army stationed in South Korea since the 1950s. The film traces the last living moments of a real-life sex worker who was brutally murdered by a US soldier at the Dongducheon Camptown in South Korea. Shot on location where the crime took place, the film brings historical atrocities to light through a concrete personal experience. The film is available for viewing until June 7, 2020!
