REGISTRATION COSTS
Registration includes a reception on Friday night and lunch on Saturday.
Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate students may register for discounted prices as listed.
All co-presenters must also register.
All registrations must include a payment in U.S. dollars
Early Bird Registration by November 30, 2025
- General Registration: $250
- Student Registration: $150
Registration starting December 1, 2025
- General Registation: $350
- Student Registration: $250
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
- Register online with a credit card through our secure website.
- Purchase Orders and wire transfers are NOT accepted. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
REFUND POLICY
- All cancellations must be made in writing to cwl@international.ucla.edu
- Written cancellation requests received before January 27, 2026 are eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds will not be granted starting January 27, 2026.
